مشكلة database error

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
الحمدلله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين
كيف حالكم إن شاء الله دائما بخير ؟
بعد ان واجهتني المشكلة نقلت اليكم المصدر و صورة عنها مع العلم انها تواجهني عن تحديث اية صفحة و عند الدخول الى الادارة
حتى وان اغلقت النافذة ودخلت مجددا لا استطيع لانها تظهر لي مجددا
