خطأ Database error عند التسجيل

السلام عليكم اخوتي الكرام

اوجه مشكلة في موقعي وهي انه عند التسجيل بعضوية جديدة واكمال كافة الحقول لا تظهر لي رسالة الترحيب بقبول التسجيل بل تظهر لي الرسالة التي اظفتها في الاسفل مع ان التسجيل يتم فعلا ومنشط كذالك لكن المشكلة هي في ظهور هذة الرسالة في وسط صفحة بيضاء اتمنى افاداتي في معالجة هذه المشكلة فضلا وكرما منكم .
