ولكن لدي سؤال اخوي واتمنى الاجابة علية

بخصوص التصريح 111

هناك من يقول انه لا يمكن اخذ باك اب من قبل المستضيف لو تم عمل تصريح 111

هل هذا صحيح ؟؟
