الموضوع: ادوات الموده للتحرير لا تظهر عند انشاء موضوع جديد ايش المشكله ؟؟

انا عندى نفس المشكلة لكنى اعمل على النسخة vb 4.1.10
ولا يوجد بها قالب editor_toolbar_on
فما الحل؟

اخي لا يعمل محرر المودة على النسخة 4.1.10
